A white alabaster statue depicting a nude young woman with a large sword and a cut head of a bearded man, which she is clutching from the hair. She is casually leaning on the sword, and placing the man's head on a low pedestal. Her neatly pleated hair and the man's hair and beard are tinted light brown or golden yellow. "The depiction of Judith with the head of the Holofernes has been depicted many times in art. Undoubtedly outstanding is the almost 30 cm tall alabaster sculpture by Conrad Meit, which he created around 1525/1528. It is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the Bavarian National Museum and the Renaissance art in general. Meits Judith is naked, which can't be understood as an erotic interpretation, but as a moral interpretation."
