Hey #ridemetro, what is up with ztrip?

#ridemetro, the Houston one, is awful at actually picking up people. I literally was at the the corner of Westheimer and Yupon, sign above me, and they passed me twice. This is getting ridiculous. I've been taking the bus for a long time, but what is the deal with skipping stops?
