Service Properties Trust Announces Pricing of $500 Million Underwritten Public Offering of Common Shares Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC) priced an underwritten public offering of 416.7 million common shares at $1.20 per share to raise approximately $500 million gross. Settlement is expected on or about April 2, 2026, with a 30‑day underwriter option for an additional 62.5 million shares.According to the company, net proceeds, together with cash on hand, are expected to be used to redeem all or a portion of senior notes due 2027 (aggregate principal amounts of $100.0 million and $450.0 million). Underwriters were led by Yorkville Securities and Jones.

Net proceeds are expected to be used to redeem all or a portion of SVC's $100.0 million 4.95% senior notes due 2027 and/or its $450.0 million 5.50% senior notes due 2027.Underwriters may receive a 30-day option to buy an additional 15% of the offering. Helix Partners and The RMR Group indicated interest for up to $100.0 million and $50.0 million, respectively. SVC will file a preliminary prospectus supplement with the SEC.
