I’ve been rewatching Tales of the Unexpected and it’s impossible to pick favorites but a few that really do justice to the stories are: A Dip in the Pool, Taste, Neck, and (of course) Royal Jelly. #RoaldDahlDay
So it's #RoaldDahlDay. His stories will always remind me of my childhood. Probably some of the first big books I read by myself. The BFG is such a superb story.
He always treated his audience as intelligent people, never patronised but with magical characters and stories.
