屬於Z世代的媒體：《RocaNews》證明只要形式正確，年輕人願意為新聞付費 在Z世代被認為不再關注新聞、也不願付費的時代，一家由三位20多歲年輕人創辦的美國新創媒體《RocaNews》，正試圖打破這項迷思。 他們透過Instagram、電子報與遊戲化App等工具，以貼近年輕受眾的方式重新定義「讀新聞」，更在創立三年後實現獲利，顯示只要方式正確，年輕人也願意為新聞買單。

Gen Z outlet says it proves young people will pay for news done the right way American news start-up RocaNews says it is proving Gen Z audiences will pay for news if it's done the right way.

On the one hand: yay! Young people will pay for news!

On the other: #RocaNews has so far converted 1.6 million Instagram followers into perhaps 10,000 (?) paying app users and 1000 paid email subscribers.

I'm glad for their success, but I'm not betting the house just yet.
