What a fabulous day out with a friend. The rain and wind and cold were something. But the last 80km when we turned for home and had a tailwind: we scorched the road as we rocketed home. What a boost to my confidence in the middle of January. #RRTY

Riding: spending time on the bike.
I tried to draw out the final 20km... warm sunny evening, gently undulating Cheshire lanes. However, the ride eventually ends and the thing I wanted to do is over. My body seems content.
