Evening #run. Wasn't feeling enthusiastic about the idea but it was fine in the end.

The morning was spent volunteering for the #NT at #NTGreysCourt. After vacuuming round ready for opening, I cleaned and condition reported the books in the library. 📚 😀

Didn't sleep well so got up early and watched the Chinese #F1 sprint race and qualifying for tomorrow's race. Then decided to go for a #run to regain the 1 VO² point #Garmin took away yesterday. Expected to struggle but in the end, it felt okay 👍.
