Mostly under 10 min average speed! Best yet. Target 7 min
Couch to 5k is helping for sure. This morning when I saw I had to run for 3 min intervals I got scared. 3 weeks in - 3 mins intervals done! Need to keep building the stamina and speed. Outdoor is definitely better than treadmill.
