Teenagers illicitly using dating services and catfishing their adult users is certainly an issue. But it is wildly disingenuous to present #S209 as the solution unless you intend to classify dating services as pornographic, which is exactly the kind of scope creep that we're worried about.

Under your bill would all dating apps considered pornographic or just the LGBTQ ones listed in the article?
