Thinking about how my #samefoods go through seasonal shifts.

I don’t want to eat the warming samefoods when it’s on fire outside. But I’ve stopped eating bread other than waffles, and need melted cheddar between two waffles.

I wish ham sandwiches with mayo could be safefood. #MCAS is a curse.

What are your current samefoods, fellow autistics?

Mine are the peach instant oatmeal from Quaker for brekkie and Wow Bao pork bao for lunch. And Kern’s guava nectar with my dinner.

I’m hoping my paranoia abt premade salad will die down so I can get back to getting more greens.

Aaand I'm crying because my husband brought up the bowl for my Big Salad...filled with baby Romaine. There are so many stems. I can't eat it. The store was out of Romaine heads, but Saturday is Big Salad Night.
