I grew up in Laestadianism that originated in N Sweden. It's a colonial Zionist movement that appropriates #Samiland as new Jerusalem. I examine gendered violence involving child sexual abuse in N America in my PhD. I'm an informant on Laestadian beliefs and history for this series.
