A stone and red shingled pagoda is perched at the steep top of Mount Fanispan near Sapa, Vietnam. Beyond the ridge of the mountain the rich blue sky is filled with swirling puffy clouds that are propelled through the sky by a strong breeze. It feels like a tender balance of turbulent and peaceful that inspires much awe.
There’s nothing like crisp mountain air. The peace of seeing clouds and rolling mountains spreading out in every direction never fails to take my breath away. (The altitude helps too 😉)
