Oh how sad. RIP Otis. El Dorado County in Lake Tahoe Ca, the Dept of Fish & Game want to euthanize Hope, a mama bear. She has a baby named bounce. Hope keeps breaking into homes for food. That's no reason to ki11 her & make her baby an orphan. They are hunters and love ki11ing animals. #SaveHope
