My new favourite little being! This is Baeus. They are a genus of wasps in the family Scelionidae and they are found on every continent, except Antarctica.

Left lateral view of a tiny parasitic wasp on a white background. Its body is black, the legs and antennae are orange (the tips of the antennae are black). The abdomen is very long, over two times the length of the head and thorax combined. There are short, white setae scattered over the body. The head is somewhat globular, and the large eyes cover over half of each side of the head. I believe this is a species in the genus Macroteleia, in the family Scelionidae.
