Today I wrote the 1st draft outline for One Day at the Dark Ages, which will be featured in a future #ScinematicFigments. It has been in my mind for months, just been afraid to tackle it until now (and get it wrong).
Kind of love how it turned out.

- tidy up outlines for Crimson 3 & #Flamevolt 2.
- write outline for #TheOdyssey 2.

Ideas are funny. Going through my notes for #scinematicfigments & there's one where I wrote "concept is king".
Problem: this idea makes no sense & I can't see what makes it such a unique concept.
So yeah, notes are great, but not when they make no sense when you read them months later... 🤣

I'll add that I finished writing a story for #ScinematicFigments #3 today that does have a happy ending 😜
But yeah I'm a sucker for unhappy / ominous / bittersweet endings. Like you say, all best #scifi tends to have that sort of endings, so why go against it? Either that or I'm just sadistic 😂
