There is one word that explains all this. Reform. RefUK has split the unionist FPTP vote which means that despite the SNP vote share being down on 2021, the unionist Lab/Tory vote is down by more! RefUK not up enough. The SNP should win roughly as many FPTP seats as it did in 2021, possibly more. Radio Jammor @radiojammor.bsky.social On the proportional list vote however the effect is negative for the SNP. Their vote share is down. They are handicapped the most by their FPTP wins. Another party is getting a slice of the regional list pie. It all makes it harder for the SNP to get any list seats, to the point of not doing so.

Map making regional suggestions for voting. It is out of date and wrong & appears to have been created by someone who is SNP.
Another poster giving bad advice. There is no region where you should vote SNP on the list. The SSP do not have the support to get any list seats. List votes for either will be wasted.
Screenshot of an SNP video, claiming "Make it both votes SNP to deny Farage influence in Scotland's Parliament". This is false. The SNP will most likely get zero list seats & no more than one, if they are lucky. How does one seat in one region keep out anyone else & deny them influence? It simply doesn't - it actually lets them in, because you failed to vote for someone else who CAN get MULTIPLE list seats. #SNP1SGP2
A post promoting a blog from "ListVoteSense" who seems to be an SNP voter, with some of the garbage posted in here about needing to see "modelling" on whether or not you should vote for someone other on the list when the SNP are polling to get 70 FPTP! You have to be completely mathematically stupid to fall for that line. That would easily mean the SNP's list vote being decimated by the devisor everywhere, making virtually any other pro-indy party a better bet on the list, let alone the next based placed - the Scottish Greens. This post is from 2020, is way out of date, talking mostly about the smaller independent parties, does not envision the subsequent loss of SNP support, the growth of RefUK or the Scot Greens which combine to make all of this worthless, as RefUK will take a piece of the list vote pie & the Scot Greens are the only pro-indy party who can get multiple list seats in ALL regions. Biased, out of date garbage.
