Tablet 😍 2lb granulated sugar, 50g of butter, 1 cup of milk over a medium high heat & heat until the sugar has dissolved. Add a tin of condensed milk and simmer for about 14 mins, take off heat leave for a few mins & mix with a wooden spoon for a min then pour onto tray #scottishfood #scottishtablet
