He quickly realizes Jodi is simply buzzing with some juicy gossip, and Kent is all too eager to indulge his wife. Hiiiii so this is another fic that might not make sense out of context but hopefully it's fine. The event in question is one that's been referenced in a few of my fics, and took place when Sam was in middle school. That full scene plays out from Sebastian's point of view in my fic 'nothing stays the same', however, despite the scene being written it is unpublished at the time of writing this one. But you will get the full gist of that scene from Jodi's recounting of it! That event in question, and thus this fic, is also a pretty massive spoiler for 'coming around again' SO if you haven't read that fic but want to read it unspoiled, please wait to read this one.

A little pre-canon oneshot this week! Jodi is eager to gossip about all the messy family drama up on the mountain and Kent thinks his wife is the cutest thing in the world
