House Fisheries committee reports resolution urging extension of ban on Russian seafood The House Special Committee on Fisheries on Feb. 3 reported HJR 29 out of committee as amended, after industry testimony and one public comment; the amendment added the U.S. Trade Representative to the copy list and the committee approved the measure by unanimous consent to advance with an accompanying fiscal note.
