Today, 75 peacekeepers from 🇸🇰 Slovakia based in Sector 4 were awarded UN medals for their #service4peace in Cyprus.
Their responsibility is to patrol & monitor activity along 65 km of the #bufferzone on the east coast of the island. We thank them for their dedication and for #serving4peace. 🌍🕊️
This morning, 50 peacekeepers from 🇦🇷 Argentina, 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇧🇩 Bangladesh, 🇧🇷 Brazil, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇭🇺 Hungary, 🇲🇳 Mongolia, 🇷🇺 Russia, 🇷🇸 Serbia, 🇸🇰 Slovakia, and the 🇬🇧 UK were awarded UN medals for their #service4peace in Cyprus.
