Great seminar on #servitization by @ivankavisnjic : competition leads to more product-oriented whereas demand uncertainty leads to customer-oriented servitization!

While ERP vendors are talking up #servitization , interviews with lots of tier 2, 3 manufacturers suggest it's not much of a concern for them. It might not even be relevant. Yes, it's good for OEMs that make planes, generators, etc. but not for someone that makes picture frames
