SHONK is a toy consisting of a shark-like character with a pear shaped body standing on the fin legs and tail, with rotating fin arms and mouth that can be opened by pushing down on the dorsal fin located on the back of the head. The base SHONK model is colored in light teal with a lighter underbelly and gray stripes. Painted on its torso is a orange and yellow shirt with the repeating motif of two pink shrimps in a yin-yang pattern. The mouth's interior is bright red with a pink tong and three rows of white teeth (the front rows are visible when the mouth is closed).
