One complete twiggy textured crochet arm warmer with the yarn cake beside it for to make the second, a wooden handled crochet hook, all perched on an open copy of Making Winter by Emma Mitchell, sat on old garden stone bordered by frost rimed grass.

🧶 The new #showneyourknits prompt is the colour purple, so sharing elderberry botanically home dyed wool that naturally yielded a wonderfully pink purple hue that was worked into much worn crochet Hawthorn Wrist Warmers as designed by the lovely Emma Mitchell...

Update on this sweater: I’ve split for the sleeves and am now working on the body.

#showneyourknits I love how this one is turning out. The only thing is I hope that the length will be okay since the stripes have a set width. We’ll see! Maybe I’ll plan on adding a 7th color…

Cast off the first sock earlier today! I had to use yarn from my second accent skein so I'm thinking of switching to a different color on the next sock. I might do a variegated yarn from a previous sock pattern
