Have I been updating on my #shups? I don't remember. I forgot to do them yesterday, so I just did them this morning. #StillCounts They're definitely getting a little easier.
I forgot to do my #shups yesterday, so I did them today. Still on track!
Oh! I did my #shups today. And my form is improving! I can do at least one on my toes where I get all the way down to the ground and then push back up without resting.
Day 4 of #shups done. When will it start to get easier? Maybe it is a bit? The third set is still a bit hard, but perhaps the first two are getting easier.
I am now done Day 3 of my personal Pushup Challenge! It's also the end of the first week. (I am doing 3 sets of 12 pushups 3 times a week between now and when we go on vacation in June, in the hopes of improving my form -- mostly focused on full depth to the ground without rest.) #shups

I am announcing this here in the hopes that it helps me stick to it. I am doing a personal (but moderate!) pushup challenge: 3 sets of 12 pushups, 3 times per week. Aiming for Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Just did today. #shups
