A calendar tracking workouts with very few workouts

It frustrates me that I have spent decades doing all the things to make my body healthy and yet the inside looks like a 90 year old alcoholic who only eats fast food. Bad liver, bad gallbladder, bad stomach, bad intestines. W/Os went from six a week to nothing.
