It is a fantastic magazine, showing examples of hand-painted signs from all around the world, many of which are almost lost to time. From the beginning I wanted to make these 'workhorse' alphabets, that I use daily, in fact now I sometimes use these to trace letters when working on a design, and I encourage anyone else to do the same! Another photo shows seven magazines opened to their centre spreads, each of which has a different alphabet on a different coloured background. There are then two photos of these alphabet spreads individually with +5 overlaid onto one of these to indicate that there are more photos in the gallery.
Rob Cooper posted this to Facebook and I've never seen the collection in this way, despite being involved in getting each individual one printed.
I think we'll get a few more under our belt and then do some kind of standalone publication/special insert.
