to be honest its mostly silas' income. BUT sumire does have a job with the gridania botanists guild because they finally got curious about gil and also delighted that they could make money doing something that they deem enjoyable

dove (sumire) and karasu-san (silas) primarily, though silas is definitely FAR more prone to pet names than sumire is. sumire thinks that his name is the sweetest thing she could say and sometimes that gets him to stop sulking about it. sometimes. lots of darlings, my loves, my sweets

silmire renew their vows like. whenever the wind takes them which is often. they are gooey and sentimental and utterly, deliriously devoted. they had one ceremony and it was private but every single re-proposal and whisper in the dark is practically a ceremony in itself

sumire gets called 'sumi' with regularity, i imagine but.
sumi, sumitan (kageki special), when she was little the older folks called her sumichama ...
for silas she's always My Dove so that's the most stand-out. she doesn't mind it being used infront of others at all

sumi loves silas' hands bc he has them covered fairly often so its like a treat. also his lower back and any patches where he is missing scales. known smoocher sumire osen-awashima

as u may expect theres not a lot of gposes of them just standing next to eachother because either sumire disappears or silas gets miss bellum'd

she gets embarrassed if silas praises her in any way - mostly because she knows to take it as truth and somehow that's more embarrassing than anything else. they like the feeling that it's not just pretty words and they've been recognised....
#silmireisms ; silas got her a dog because he's often away and wanted to make sure there was something else in place to keep sumire safe and secure even though he doesn't care for them.
and like anyone who 'did not want a dog' maru is his bestest buddy. trained by silas also as an actual guard too!

i was originally going to put jewellery but thats pretty specific to silas... she wouldn't really feel inclined to thank anyone else for it. but she likes when he brings home pretty hair accessories or earrings for them (their affinity is already max, anyway)

i do not think silas would ever make her sleep anywhere but their bed but if she had wronged him so much he didn't want to sleep beside her i think she'd cry like a child in the garden and not come inside until things could be Remedied
