Screenshot aus "Simon Templar". Der Aston Martin DB5, hier noch in Dubonnet Red lackiert, mit dem aus James Bond bekannten Kennzeichen BMT 216A. Das Fahrzeug war der allererste Prototyp des DB5. Für James Bond wurde das Fahrzeug umgebaut und in Silber umlackiert.
Im September 1964 kam #Goldfinger in die Kinos. Für den Aston Martin DB5 war es keine Premiere. Einige Monate zuvor war das Fahrzeug von #JamesBond bereits in #SimonTemplar mit Roger Moore zu sehen. 1997 wurde das Fahrzeug gestohlen, seitdem gilt der einstige Prototyp des DB5 als verschollen.
