We favor quantitative data over qualitative. We don't talk about an N of 1 but rather groups of people. There are lessons we can gather from the stories that individual people share with us. #SIOP24

AI Beyond Prehire session: Generative AI could be replace or compliment SME for orgs. Using AI in HR could include following changes in organizational attitudes and behaviors, esp before turnover happens. AI could tailor training to individ needs. #SIOP24
