Don't know if anyone is interested in sleep gamification but Pokemon Sleep added smartwatch support (Samsung, Pixel & Fitbit - Android, Apple Watch - iOS). Original concept seemed counterintuitive to good sleep hygiene, this may be helpful to some #blutoid #sleeptoid

For only the second time over the last 12 months, I've averaged more than 7hrs of sleep in a week. With no night less than 6. Difficult to fix but committed to trying. #blutoid #qtoid #sleeptoid
