Jeff drove us to the coffee shop so I could restock my watercolor cards and get something tasty too ☕

Dada drew our hands on the cement wall that borders our backyard. After this picture was taken, my hand was added too 💖

I made tamales de masa harina Azul, con rajas y queso. These were super filling and paired great with a hot green salsa. After we took them out of the steamer, Jeff cooked them in the salsa over the stove and served them with melted cheese on top. Which turned out to be the superior way to serve these bad boys.

This is what my whole childhood looked like...

spending time, eating fruits, sitting and basking in the sun during winter with grandparents was a full bucket of bliss.
