DO have fewer rights, not just a narrative sadly- our SMI wards are dangerous in the extreme- many wards are being shut down and patients moved great distances to privatised facilities. Carer advocates are ignored and smeared- no one can speak about this without being harmed. #slowcull #regulatethis
