Today I donated blood, it was my 8th time as a blood donor with #SNBTS.

It wasn't until I got home that I realised that the charming trainee phlebotomist with a thick slavic accent called Vlad who was practising on the queue of people, all keen to give him their blood, was living the dream...

I strongly encourage you all to visit these nice people who steal your blood and give you tunnocks teacakes to replace it.
