One of the passengers of the third class carriage is out of the window, holding a phone to record something. To the right of the image, just past the dog, is a black points indicator, used to show the direction the junction it is adjacent to is in. To the top right there are some modern looking buildings, but on the left there's some derelict buildings near some tropical trees.

Found this friendly "soi dog" as they're known in Thailand (essentially alley dogs - strays) near Makkasan Depot in Bangkok. They were very photogenic!
