My wife and I made a commitment to invite a group of friends over for dinner once/month: #SoupNight.
I spent the entire weekend cleaning the first time, 2nd was ALL day Sunday, and today, basically just a couple hours.
At this rate, I’ll be actively befouling the house in preparation by fall.

Cold night (for here), so it's a soup night! I took the soup we had in the fridge, added a jar of chicken meal base and a jar of green beans and carrots. Some more herbs and garlic powder.
