今日はルミネエストのDarichに買い物に中抜けで行った後は仕事してました(結局逃げられないものが生じた)

明日は秩父に前泊して、明後日は朝からスパルタンレース頑張ってきます！
スプリントの5kmなので、距離は問題ないけど寒さが懸念かな
