There are 2 spiderman emojis with one being a crying face placed above peter and the other being a sick one with a face mask over Miles. Miles also has a speech bubble that reads, "some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed!"
There is also another civilian npc in the background on the floor against the wall of a building. The rest of the background consists of the sidewalk which is (juts like the building) very gray. The sidewalk is also a little bit dirty and filled with broken boxes and other junk.

Spider-Man is lit from above by some strong lights only hitting the top and edges of his head and torso and almost giving him a "glowing look".
The background is a rather bland hallway type area which is mostly filled with gray concrete walls, some brown boxes, some cables, some puddles and some other junk that's mostly not visible cuz it be hella dark. There is also what looks to be a large entrance or door frame type of thing which you can see slightly more of the area.
Spider-Man flying through the city streets high up, wearing the suit from the Amazing Spider-Man movie, and hitting a classic Spider-Man pose which looks like an almost crouched-like pose when he's flying through the air.
Spider-Man is very brightly lit up to the point where his suits colors look like they're glowing. There are shadows on parts of Spider-Man's torso (avoiding the logo) and on his crotch area 🤧🤧💦.
He is surrounded by skyscrapers on both sides. It is a dark and moody day with dark gray clouds covering the sky and it is also raining. There are also some subtle speed lines on the edges of the image. The image has black bars on the top and bottom to make it more cinematic.
Spider-Man is diving from a rooftop in a super cool and dramatic scene. Spider-Man is wearing the suit from the Raimi Spider-Man movies. The image is in a black and white style to add to the dramatic nature! It is also raining which makes it even more dramatic!!!! (ULTRA DRAMATIC😱)
Spidey is lit from multiple angles from harsh lights to help him really separate from the dark building in the background from both left and right sides aswell as from above because of the sun (I really went all out using the sun like this for the first time so the blown out lighting from the super strong sun is used to really add to this noir sort of aesthetic). The rain is also visible thanks to the strong lighting and failing at a similar angle to spidey which is really freakin cool man!!!!!!!!
The background has very sparse details. Most of the background (except a small part of the top right corner of the frame) is taken up by the building spidey is jumping down from. The rest of the background is completely blown out and fully white.
