There are many buildings in the background and even a crane visible. One prominent glass sky scraper on the right side of the image looks very dark almost black. Miles is nicely framed in the middle of the street and buildings.
It also appears to close to golden hour. So the street is coated in a very warm light with one very short building casting a long shadow. The street is also filled with cats and npcs.
