a 4-panel comic strip featuring a rival octoling discovering splatsville for the first time. 1. THE SURFACE! The Octarian stares in marvel at the city sights. 2. COOL WEAPONS! The Octarian picks up a dynamo roller with an eager expression. 3. COOL CLOTHES! The Octarian has hit the shops, finding a trendy shirt that says "I LOVE OIL". 4. They find the hat shop, which unfortunately does not have a hat that will fit her marvelous but big hairstyle. She is disappointed, sighing out "... never mind, this place sucks."

Octarian gets to the surface, it isn't as good as advertised.
