Is anyone able to provide some tips for Escape from Tarkov? I'm trying to learn but the game is feckin' HARD.

I hope am not hallucinating but on recent EFT update (as well as SPTarkov update), my game suddenly runs at butter smooth 60FPS (60FPS with no spikes/stutters)
