We see Underwear Man where we left him at the end of the last issue, standing in the tower that he was flung into by Stan. He says "I haven't had this much of a challenge since I first started." Then we cut to a flashback of Korn Kid being left at Underwear Man's doorstep
Underwear Man picks up the baby Korn Kid and takes him inside. In the middle of the night while everyone is sound asleep, including the family pet, Honor the Duble, an alert rings out and Underwear Man springs into action catching Korn Kid's attention.
Underwear Man flies to the city's edge where a giant green monster is skulking in the moonlight. Korn Kid is hot on his adoptive father's heels.

In the first panel, we see Croaks and his boyfriend Blaze arriving at Blaze's Cousin, Troy's Halloween party, dressing as each other. In the second panel, Croaks asks what Underwear Man is doing at Troy's Party upon seeing someone who looks like him smoking a joint and chatting with Troy. Blaze says it's probably just a convincing costume. In the final panel, we get the reveal that it truly is Underwear Man when he says "Is it really so wrong to wanna be yourself?"
