Stonetop: Some Minor Arcana
Once again, #Stonetop: Can someone please show me a #TTRPG – specifically an #OSR / #DND – book that has such cool, inspiring Minor & Major Arcana ( aka #magicitems )?
Even when skimming through them, I want to adapt them for every #fantasy #ttrpg, they’re so much cooler than your +5 Unholy Avenger.
To be honest, at times I doubted that #Stonetop would ever be completed.
The material that was repeatedly made available was full of love for the #TTRPG hobby, and the community-centred #IronAge #Fantasy really appeals to me. It's about more than killing monsters, grabbing treasure and levelling up!

#Stonetop: Interesting approach, but I don't think it’s particularly comparable to #DnD / #Dungeonworld. Sure, some elements are similar, but imo it's essentially about a community, which makes it closer to #ttrpg like #Runequest or #ArsMagica. The worldbuilding and ideas provided are great. Enjoy
