To contact anyone, type in the string of numbers from step 2, add a # on the end. Example: Mastercard US President Linda Kirkpatrick's name converts to 54757287425, so you would type in O, then 54757287425#, and then 3 as there are two other Kirkpatrick's at Mastercard Corporate. 6.
