Playing with my new lights to take these. Wanted a pretty sunrise color gradient and am happy with the results. Here we have coffee, which I drink too much of, especially when my wife and I argue (I love her so much and we cannot wait to be parents but damn it’s wild!) my primed and ready to paint dragon skull cave entrance from above and the frost giant hulk from before. The treehouse is something I’m so excited to show my players for this next session. I’m eager to paint it and have poured a lot of trial and a lot more error in getting it the way I wanted it. eSun filament is great and I love the pink! Let’s me know pretty easily if primer isn’t on enough in one go. I bought frames months back in anticipation of purchasing the Frank Quietly poster book from DC. The James Jean book is a treasure and I’m excited to show these beauties off. I have so many vials of paint and I want 1000 more.
Stickers I created/found/bought and stuff I’ve just picked up plastered on my workstation. I lose focus all the time and sometimes my ideas encounter speed bumps. I’ll never stop trying to do stuff and my failures are evident here with plastic shavings, dried dropped clay, but a miniature (but also kinda large) dragon skull cave entrance. Very happy with how the modeling clay came out and so excited to paint this big un. Background decepticons and Simpsons mini pops and a label maker I bought for $10 that I absolutely have no further use for but to torment my wife. Also new cameras for security system I printed, painted, and now get to install!

Our dragon skull from earlier with a sassy village wench and brush and a gigantic chapel tower for scale. Bambu a1 mini 3D printer in background. I absolutely adore this hobby. I printed this big fella who stands with our tavern… hmmm, OWNER (she ganked the man who wrote the last sentence) in front of a cool water well without a bucket for scale. A looming cathedral tower is in the background along with a huge treehouse miniature and our dragon pal!
Can’t wait to start dropping these #miniatures on the table during the next session. I’m going to ruin their good time fun! I’m the dungeon master! I’m mean! It makes it fun, I promise!
