My first Stygian co-op clear. For the mandragora: My Durin is on a full atk% build with Aquila Favonia since his c1’s buff scales on atk%. Venti’s on a crit VV build and Elegy. For the duck: Ineffa is on 4pc Aubade and her signature weapon. Flins is on Night Sky and Skyward Spine. For the overseer device: Escoffier is on 4pc Golden Troupe and Favonius. Skirk is on Finale of the Deep Galleries and Haran. Coordinating the right characters was more difficult than executing the clear.

My second Stygian clear. This screenshot came from the game rather than from Hoyolab, so it looks a little different. The experience in this co-op was totally different from the previous one even though the first two are the exact same teams. Although these two players couldn’t clear IV on their own, they’re more experienced and have better builds than the first player. Plus, we did it over voice chat so I could say things like “Furina’s burst is ready; can Escoffier use hers?” instead of diverting my energy trying to figure out my teammates’ behavior. I know some of the weapons my teammates equipped here. Columbina is on Prototype Amber, Kazuha is on his signature, Sucrose is on Sac Frags, and Shenhe is on Favonius.

This season’s #StygianOnslaught is the most fun I’ve had in this game mode. I carried three people yesterday~ #原神

An infographic showing my clears from the current (5.8) season of Stygian Onslaught. Against the papilla, my Mavuika was equipped with Redhorn Stonethresher, Xilonen had her signagure r2, and the other two had Favonius. Against the tortoise, Xingqiu had Sac Sword, Skirk had Haran Geppaku Futsu, and the other two had Favonius. Against the cactus idol, Chasca had r3 Flower-Wreathed Feathers, Ororon had Elegy, and the other two had Favonius. We’re having a Favonius Festival.

As I expected, not having the correct meta characters makes clearing this really tough. But I’m catching up. I spent 20 fragile resin last patch farming mora so I could level some characters and get their talents maxed, but this time it only cost 5 fragiles! #原神 #StygianOnslaught
