I just finished the book #supercommunicators! What a game-changer. Personally, I feel like I need to strive for better communication and understanding. I can observe in my own life how much I may come off as insensitive, when that isn't my intention. I can improve my own talk to improve connection!

From the #Supercommunicators book the “Fast Friends Protocol” was introduced from researchers out of Berkeley. 36 questions in total. Would be curious if anyone has ever done this exercise...

So @NPR News Hour definitely convinced me to pick up this book. So far so good. Much better than losing money at the airline gate.
