The RWA blurb says The Nurse here is seen in a cluttered workspace, as though she will not be able to stop working. It is as if she is the light in the painting that is otherwise dark. It resonates deeply at this time, as we consider NHS and care staff who have been under such workload pressure and upon whom we most depend in the darkness of night.

Our lodger works for the NHS. They do shifts. They have a cold.
