Sweatlodge me and others (especially fellow two-spirits) made from 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it has been damaged due to this past winter. What remains of the sweatlodge is the fallen coverings and what is left of the withstanding tree poles keeping it in place.
A necklace containing red, white, blue, black, and silver beads; hanging on top of the damaged sweatlodge. I don't know if someone was here before me to place it there or if it was placed during the building stages from 2 years prior. Regardless, it's a sign from the Creator that its purpose has been fulfilled.
I went to check the sweatlodge me and others worked on 2 years ago and...
I guess it's purpose has finally been fulfilled. I'd love for us to make another one someday and hopefully soon.
It greatly connected us two-spirits in so many ways. I'm grateful for that.
