Keywords: Magic, Medium Weapon Goal: 450 ARP Source: Texts or lore in Kheltivari Item Prerequisite: Petrified wood from a wode, taken from a tree that was planted in the future 1st Level | What Wasn’t: Whenever you use the weapon with a signature or heroic ability that deals rolled damage, you gain one surge that you can use immediately for each prior time you’ve used that ability in the encounter. Additionally, you gain an edge = on tests made to accomplish something you’ve done before. 5th Level | What Isn’t: If you’re not surprised at the start of your first turn in combat, you gain 1 Heroic Resource. If you are surprised, you stop being surprised. Additionally, you gain an edge = on tests made to assist an ally’s test. 9th level | What Won't Be: At the end of each of your turns during combat, you may choose a heroic ability you know. If you use that ability on your next turn, its Heroic Resource cost is reduced by 1 (to a minimum of 1), and if it makes use of a power roll, you gain an edge on that roll. If you don’t use that ability on your next turn, at the end of that turn, you may spend a Recovery and end one effect on yourself that’s ended by a saving throw.
