(Book review) ***DUET NARRATION*** <b>Lots of Eggplants to Enjoy</b> WOW! Those are some hot times! I need the coordinates for Eggplant Canyon as moving there has become a necessity. The quick, filthy reads are weaved in and around each other so the first book doesn't necessarily mean that it is the first threesome or more going on in this naughty little corner of the world. There are just enough details to make the glimpses of what's to come easy to swallow without losing focus on the current grouping. I mean, it may have had me wanting to race through the different books to eat it all up, but I'm glad I paced myself. I mostly listened to this collection, although I did read along with the first two books. The narrators are: Michael Joss, Amanda L'Orien, RIP Devons, Daphne Fields, Richard Domhain, Lauren Barrie, Eliza Nix, Sebastian Grove, Andi Eloise, Duncan Prescott, Meg Price, and Alan Stone. Most, if not all, of these narrators are new to me. I have to admit that I enjoyed every minute listening to them. Every. Single. Duet. Minute. An additional thing that I really like is that every book has a different set of narrators. If you're like me, having a single set of narrators for a series deters me from bingeing it because I still hear those voices as the characters from earlier books. Even though I decided to break this up by book, I could've easily binged it. Story: 3.5-5 stars Narration: 4-4.5 stars Listening Speed: 1.8x

I absolutely love how Hendrix Morgan and Damian Weatherford meet Yvette Solis and how quickly things escalate. This is low on plot and high on satisfaction. 😍🍆🍆🥵 Very satisfying. It's insanely OTT and combustible as these friends and colleagues figure out how to share the woman who drives them to distraction. -- Book quote “My job is to make sure you’re both satisfied customers.” -- Calli Franklin I can't blame Calli for not bursting the fantasy bubble with how she knows Roarke. In her shoes, I'd hold that back, too. The way the news is received is... I'm not sharing, but the results are mmm, mmm, good! This started as a solid four, but after the halfway point, things became rushed, which is saying something for an over-the-top, instalove short story. Tying in one of the future books in the series didn't feel necessary or natural to the story and could've easily been done away with. Don't get me wrong. It is mostly entertaining, and the steamy stuff is yummy. Thankfully, the timeline as it relates to the first two books in the series seems to overlap appropriately, too. I listened to this as part of the 'Eggplant Canyon Complete Series'. The narrators, Richard Domhain and Lauren Barrie, are fantastic in duet! I loved them for these characters.
